This information applies to all houses at Orchid Paradise Homes.
Daily office hours: 09:00 – 16:00
Issues reported outside office hours might not be resolved until the next day.
Urgent cases: Call Ulrik directly.
Quiet hours: 00:00 – 07:00
Please try to keep loud music and noise to a minimum after 22:00 out of consideration for your neighbours.
Please walk your dog with a leash at all times.
We try to avoid street dogs in all areas of Orchid Paradise. If a street dog has found its way in, please do not feed it.
Please pick up all your own dog's excrement.
Please drive slowly and be careful around corners — children and pets may be nearby.
When parking, always make sure you are not blocking any gates or driveways. Do not park in a way that blocks normal exit from the large gates.
No separation required — all trash can go together.
There is no collection from the house. Please bring your trash to the garbage house yourself.
Important: Only use the specified dishwasher tablets. Do not use any other soap or detergent.
Correct soap to use:
Contact us and we will deliver — 20 THB per tablet.
Pool pump room: Please do not change or adjust any settings in the pool pump room. Everything is automated with timers and serviced by the pool cleaning team.
Before swimming: Please take a quick shower before entering the pool. Sunscreen can make the water cloudy and leave an oily film on the surface.
